Neal who was my first point of contact explained how the problem had occurred and despite being very busy arranged for Nigel to come out on the same day to repair the problem due to security. “I can’t rate these guys highly enough. From start to finish they were very professional. Neal spent time with me explaining all the security options, we agreed a price and installation date and they never failed. The installation was very tidy, in terms of hiding and running cables through the house. As I was also having new front and back doors fitted, they agreed to come back and make sure these elements of my security solution were fitted and working correctly. Everything explained and tested (with me) before they left. I’d say it was a 11 out of 10 service – and great value too!!!!”
